Code a custom BOT, to download from TikTok & Upload on YouTube

Hello, i am looking for someone to code/sell me a specific bot, to download Videos from TikTok or/and Instagram Reels, and Upload to Youtube Shorts channels, with multiple threads, so it can download x number of videos per minute and upload x videos on x accounts via YouTube per minute.
