Are they legal or do people do this via anonymous proxies because it is punishable?

A lot of people are doing this so I'm wondering if people can actually get fines or something for it.

I'm not the website owner. The website showed up on rank #1 on Google so I thought I would take it as an example. I do not want to earn my money this way.

OP in case you didn't get it yet, everyone here is trolling you lol. There is NO risk don't worry, do whatever you want and go fake as much as you like, sky is the limit. These fake generators have been around for a very long time and will continue to be as long as stupid people/gamers are around that will believe them. No wonder they say: "There is a sucker born every minute".
