ok so iv got my landing page ready and my ebook ready..
i just hve to buy a domain name.. i really like a domain name that ends with .co.uk.. but since its an ebook sale page .. is it better to go for .com?

If you're aiming more for uk customers and want to get better ranked in uk search engines, go with the co.uk, otherwise stick with a .com

well my target wud be both uk and outside uk.. thats wat i was thinkin aswell.. however the plan is to go for a good affiliate commission so ranking in search engine is not my top priority as far as i have a few good affiliates... ? know wat i mean
plus i really like the domain name sadly its not available in a .com

howeve ri understand it is much easier cashing in ppl from other countries with a .com rather then .co.uk

i think i answered my own question.
thanks anyways guys

I'd say .com is better. i have never seen a Sales page with .us or .uk domains.

Well, you can go for both the domains - target UK based affiliates/customers with .uk domain and International affiliates/customers with .com domain. Just make sure not to have duplicate content across these domains.

Go for both if you're in doubt - you can always redirect your .co.uk one to your .com one if you want, or hold different pitches on the UK one compared to the .com one.

.com, But hey buy them both and connect them to the same database.. have one for uk and one for others
