Co-Reg Path Question?

Okay so I have a website that gets alot of mobile traffic 20k+ UV/month. Im trying to find ways to monetize that traffic.

So when the page loads, i have an iFramed offer right at the top and about 1/50 people fill it out, which isnt good at all.

But once they fill out the iFramed offer - what is the program or process called that will Auto load another iFramed offer for them to fill out? i believe thats called a co-reg path? and do i need ONLY co-reg offers?

I will add a content locker right at the launch of the page, and then my offer iFramed on my page to monetize my traffic a bit more, cuz im only at $15-20 per day and i feel i can do WAY BETTER lmao

As I said in a previous post, try and capture the data yourself first, then submit it to the offers by scripting the page to submit the details in the same way they would.
