Co.cc back in google listings

I just noticed after doing a keyword search for a topic i'm working on, I've seen a website with a co.cc on a second page listing.
I thought google took out all co.cc domains out of their index. Looks like they have had a change of heart.

yea..,it's back ..but most antivirus block it ..,,

Most antivirus block it? could you elaborate on what you mean? Antivirus software would only block due to content on a page I should imagine.
