CMS for Custom RSS Feeds

I've gone through the RSS platforms that are built into Softilicious (because I'm lazy)
and I've yet to find something that suits my needs. Wondering if this exists or if I'm gonna have to build it...

Basically, I want to create multiple RSS feeds that are a combination of existing feeds PLUS I want to be able to manually add an entry. By manually add an entry, just some way to input a url, title, image, and description into the combo feed by hand.

This can site can combine RSS Feeds, you could create a feed of your own then add it to the combo feed

The thing is, I really don't want to rely on a 3rd party going down. I'm very familiar with all of these except Flow, so thanks for sharing

Right now I think I'm going to end up building a custom post type in wordpress. I don't think there is a way to throttle/cap the number of items added to feeds with the free services.
