Does anyone know any good content management system analyzer tool?

I have been looking around but couldn't find a software which does this. I am mainly looking for something that could analyze millions of urls and send back what cms is used.

It is a little bit like the blog analyzer from scrapebox, it tells which platform is on the site you are scanning, but i would like to know if any of you guys know one tool that does most of the platforms.....

He wants to see what blogs are build upon so that he can set his scrape to penetrate it I believe, but to answer the question I'm not aware of any such software. May well exist tho.

almost exactly, What I would like to know is if there is any software like the blog analyzer which checks for pages open for comments other than wordpress, blog engine and movable type
