Check out the backlinks through ahrefs and you can see that a bunch of websites with the title PHP stack just linking to them.

Here's a few examples

http://personaldividends.com/
http://www.greenpandatreehouse.com/
https://www.casino-bonus.top/
http://balancejunkie.com/

They're all expired domains too if you check out those backlinks.

but then what's the point of wasting expired domains for it? Those domains have a lot of RDs and they're probably pretty expensive if they were to be auctioned (most likely are)

Because people do weird shit on the internet. They're registered to this guy https://tomdrake.net/contact/. Pop him a message and ask? :)

It looks like he's copied cloudways on at least one.

I doubt it has anything to do with cloudways.

Maybe somebody is doing a negative SEO campaign.
 
He could also be an affiliate of cloudways and promoting them by having a very similar looking website.

That's not his PBN or negative SEO, totally different sites.
I think that's just some country level traffic filtering or account setup page. And this page links back to Cloudways(quite smart I think)
When I search the sites via google site:xxxxx.com they all look normal, not related to cloudways.
 
its just cloudways default page i guess. DNS pointing to cloudways nameservers.
 
Well if you check what cloudways keyword rankings are for, there is a lot of amazon affiliate products lol so i mean maybe some correlation?
