Cloudflare Error 525 SSL handshake failed

Did you purge the cache? If not, try purging it from cloudflare dashboard. That should fix it. Since you have flexible ssl enabled, handshaking should not be a problem atall. Cloudflare will get the content from your site over normal http connection.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I get this error when I make flexible. Yes, I cleaned everything.

That is probably on your end. Do you have a rule that forcefully redirects non https traffic to https? If so, that is causing it. Just disable all such redirects and let the site be http only. Cloudflare will make it https automatically.

How do I do this, I can't enter the admin panel right now. How do I do this from Cpanel?

Try cpanel file manager perhaps. I am used to the SSH and not an expert in cpanel lol. So, I can't be of much help.
p.s. the url of the website should still be https (e.g. wp_url and wp_home_url or similar). Only the redirects are to be disabled.
