Hi guys

I have 3 options:

I can enable Litespeed Web Cache in cPanel of my Hosting.
I can use a Wordpress Plugin of Litespeed Cache https://wordpress.org/plugins/litespeed-cache/
Or i can activate in Cloudflare caching too.
Or should i use Cloudflare Wp plugin APO? https://wordpress.org/plugins/cloudflare/#description

What is the best configurations for classified sites with dynamic content?

If you are (also) targeting traffic from the EU, you should stay far away from Cloudflare. I do so I would opt for caching on server side.

I’ve had a good experience with LiteSpeed on my sites too. It made a noticeable difference to speed and how much traffic they could handle. I’d just be careful with cache settings on payment and other dynamic pages; I always test those flows after changing anything there.

you can stack them honestly. litespeed server cache handles the heavy lifting at origin, cloudflare sits in front and serves cached pages to visitors before the request even hits your server. the wp litespeed plugin is mostly just the config layer for litespeed, not really a separate cache you need to choose between. i'd skip the quic.cloud paid setup until you actually need it, the free tier covers most sites fine. is this for a single site or are you running multiple under the same host?
