Cloudflare blocking same IP every 10 mins.....malicious??

hi all.

i have put the following IP address (212.1.215.200) on my cloudflare block list because it keeps trying to do something every 10 mins, 24 hrs per day (see attached image).

when i click details it says:

"Type: threatcontrol
User Agent: PicoFeed (https://github.com/fguillot/picoFeed)"

does anyone know what this is and whether it's something malicious?

Picofeed is an RSS feed parser. Its probably some service checking your website for new RSS updates every 10 minutes.

Well this could be some aggregator fetching your RSS every 10 minutes or it could be someone copying all your content.

Blocking all such bots could be bad for you, since aggregation can be a major source for links if the users are honest.

Search for your recent posts headlines filtering by the last hour or 24 hours and find who's using your content.
