The link is hosted on a Wasabi S3 bucket with restricted public access. To access it:
1. Contact the owner: Request access if you know the website or organization hosting it.
2. Check permissions: If it's your bucket, adjust access settings in Wasabi's console.
Without permission, accessing the file isn't possible due to security protocols.

I contact owner(wasabi administrator)
but, Wasabi administrator declined public access.....

It's no longer possible to get a backlink from the Wasabi object repository, as they have disabled public access for security reasons.
