cloud mining, worth it?

hello, i have readed a lot about btc and the new online coins, thow year a go i bought some gh on CEX.IO to minning btc on the cloud to avoid the stress to create a rig for minning at home, then CEX.IO sent me a message telling me that cloud minning is no more profitable and is paused.

i checked on google and there are site that offer cloud minning, they are scamm or at this point is still profitable minning in the cloud ?

i would like to minning some btc and eth using a cloud minning, but i need some advice before i invest some money on that.

Cloud mining mostly end up with Big Scams, recently read that HashOcean (3 year Old Cloud Mining Company), Scammed 700,00+ Users over night. So you can imagine amount of risks.
Plus cloud mining in my experience not seems legit, for example asic machine cost is 1500-usd, & then electricity, Internet and many other problems, but in end you earn 1-BTC in almost 2-3 months. As compared to Cloud mining, they never share there exact farms locations or send any REAL proof of machines. Just a Ponzi Scheme pattern.
