Want to start a legit clothing brand not interested in mass production companies like TeeSpring, Fanjoy etc.

Looking to create different customized stuff with quality

Where would you start?

Or is there a company that can provide this?

You can do private label. I’d start on Amazon as it’s the best launchpad for a brand. Don’t start with many products and variations or you’ll end up spending a lot on trial&error. Start with 1 product, get some loyal customers/followers and only then build on that and bring next products to the market.
 
If you want to be sure of the quality and everything, then search for local companies near you.
That's what I did with my men's sock brand.
I didn't order them in China, but in my own country where I could meet the factory, talk with them in person, and fix all the errors right away.

I know how I'm going to source traffic/customers I'm looking for suppliers where can I start the private label?

China is the popular option, alibaba is usually the starting point.
 
Mate, i recomend to ask some samples to 3-5 Alibaba/ China factories. Will cost not much money and finally you can have the same quality and really lower price that if you search in your city.
 
I'd go to Etsy and contact people with shops of products you like. Offer a deal with em. Also idk what type of products u want, but printful works nice for offering 100s of products that can be be 100% branded.
 
To make money with your own fashion brand you need to concentrate your marketing efforts on building brand desirability, if you don't have that desirability you will struggle to establish your brand.

Selling the products is not an issue that's the least of my worries.
 
I mean if your looking for any type of product, Google "niche + print on demand". Iv worked with companies that do skateboards, surferboards, board games, massive sheet prints, leggings, you name it someone is puting shit out in.

I've sold comforters, blankets, backpacks , shirts, weird glass paper weights lol.

The better question is, what product can't be branded and sold.

Depending on your Price point of your Fashion, ask manufacturers in India, Bangladesh or China - or for a probably higher price point, a "local" producer, and request samples... just white or red plain Shirts, and test the Quality, and whats best - or Rainbow colour, so you can also see the Quality, contrast and durability of the color

Not interested in print on demand I want inventory and quality stuff.

You Contact them you found - you Contact them and talk
You say where you are from - we can help you find other manufacturers, as I don't Think there are only 2 manufacturers where you live
 
I started this brand a year ago. Plan was to go 100% earth friendly, from the product to packaging. My target niche was the stylish elites in urban areas with high end income. I couldn't find a (t-shirt) supplier with the quality I was looking for. The closest I came is a major US supplier but sadly they said they're not doing business with people outside US. Thus I moved on :D:D
