Good evening everyone!

I am in quite a inconvinient situation right now: I've sold a lot of items around 17-19? ($25-27) that I am not able to ship.
Well, i could just refund the money. Or I could close my eBay account (which would not be too much of a loss) and not ship anything.
Of course I would have to repay the people that have paid via PayPal and requested a refund. About 40% of the sold items were paid via bank transfer though.

Are there any real threats to this? I mean, is anyone really going to go to a lawyer because of 19??

It would especially be great if anyone was good with European / German trading laws.

Thanks a lot in advance!

don't be an asshole. refund the people.

That's straight stealing, that's not what black hat is.

Well I had something like this before. had sales for about $400 for small ~$10 items , but fcking gaypal suspended my paypal&ebay account and didn't even allowed to send back $ to buyers after 6months they allowed me to withdraw the cash and I had there about $250+ left , so like half of the people didn't even asked the refund themselves!

You won't get in any trouble but it's still stealing!

Thanks.
PayPal cannot close my account as long as I refund all the PayPal money requests, correct?

The best option is to refund the money,

Can you tell us why you can't ship those items?

I was going to dropship them, but my PayPal account got temporarily disabled, since they had to check one document of mine. I send said document 3 weeks ago - of course they have not finished checking that single page that far.
That means I could not get to my money for 3 weeks and could not pay for the items.

I am sorry if I offended anyone with my question. Of course I am frustrated with PayPal and really needed that money. Because of PP my eBay acc already got negative reviews and I am going to have to switch my second one anyway.

Any further help on my topic would be much appreciated.

I think it really depends on if you believe in Karma or not. I would not stand a chance against Karma. Never did...
