I'm fed up with this. I wasted 4 accounts. The apps are legit, no malware or anything. But it knows who I am, and sooner or later it gets banned again. Is it worth trying anymore?

I do that, but i will use my same ID again to verify play console. Would it be a problem?

You mean the same gmail? Yes that can be a problem. Any fingerprint related to your old account may be used against you in forms of bans ,limits etc.

No, since 2023 Play console requires a complete Identity verification before it let's you upload apps.

Use a completely clean identity, different device, different IP, different payment method, nothing linked to your old accounts. If any single variable overlaps Google will connect them.
