Closed Adsense. Creating New Adsense with Same Details

I have closed my previous verified Adsense due to Youtube terminating my channel. Will creating and verifying a new Adsense account using the same person name and address from the closed Adsense account work?

For me it had worked, I had 3 adsense accs some years ago. But I heard from other persons that they had problems so you better use a postbox service to make sure you recieve the PIN letter for verification.

There are online addresses you can get like US Global Mail

not sure about foreigners but yes, they are real PO BOX addresses in the US. One way to get around if they don't allow PMB is to change "PMB" to "suite".
