Yes its patched, these things dont work after a few days anyways, its a bug exploitation which people do thats it, look for growth solutions which will never get patched.

it wouldn't be a surprise, it has became a mainstream method, many big accounts (even celebrities) were doing that, I guess it was patched, if not, it will be eventually patched in the near future
