It's a very small local brand. I mean would IG notice I'm using the same images etc and ban me?

It's better to give them credits, if you don't want to give credits then it's risky. If original content owner posts a copyright strike on your instagram account then you can be banned for that

Hy there you can use app cloner if your device have that feature or from play store, i would suggest you to use different mobile network while creating & operating accounts.

You might get banned if they find out they will report you, you can make your account private but that change the purpose of putting pictures of products and promoting them right! but is a risky play, as more people you get in your IG the faster they will find you.

No. IG does not ban if you post the same content which belong to different account.
But the if the source account reports your account, you might get ban, unless then its completely safe.
I am telling this with my experience because I have been posting the same content in the slave accounts which is already posted in main account.

IG would not notice, the owner should report you for copyrighting to get flagged

Just make sure they wont see ur posts and make sure you made pics or videos unique
