Search for a plugin named "duplicator". Is free and will get job done fast and easy.
 
I've tried every cloning plugin out there, the best one is WP Clone by WP Academy

So you want to clone a site you don't own? I am not sure that is possible. You can duplicate the theme and scrape the posts, but they may be using a bunch of plugins with various settings, which you is unlikely that you can figure.
