Clone website without having any access that website

Hi guys, please help me to explain this problem. I found a website ex: clone.com. This website is a duplicated version of original.com. All content of clone are same with original even the changed inbound link. And I know the admin of "clone" doesn't have any admin rights on "original" . Any tool or service or plugin WordPress can help me create this:
+ Using clone server like a middle man
+ User send the orders to this middle man to surf the website
+ Middle man login and clone real time from server Original and transfer all content (even changed all inbound link original.com--> clone.com) to user

You need database access to do this 1to1, otherwise it could be done manually by a VA.
