Clone Site Design Into HTML?

Hi,

I'm looking to clone the front page of a popular shopping site into standard HTML that will load in dreamweaver (the best possible).

I understand 100% may not be possible... but a similar match will due. This will require some light graphic work... I'm also open to suggestions.
