That is a useless software, buggy and worst support ever. Never to deal with this company, save your time and money. Get it custom coded if you are low on budget just buy a wp theme, there are many in the market.
It really depends on what you are looking to do.

thats why i was wondering if anyone has experience with ncrypted.com/net as that too is a indian based company delivering clone scripts...

If you don't have the budget to buy a good one or make a custom one, how are you going to have the budget to promote it?
