Name of the APP: Parallel Space
This app will let you create multiple clones of the same app. Now, for the IP part, please do this.
You must get yourself a rotating ISP. PLEASE NOTE: You must have manual rotation, so before buying, please confirm if they have manual rotation.
Now, once you have manual rotation, you can turn on - let's say APP-1, do your thing, then close the app.... Rotate your IP, and then open APP-2.

I wonder you're so so in the right hands, because I know what you're trying to achieve here.
Always up for helping. Dude, you need VMOS - Virtual Android on Android.
Ever heart of Virtual Machine in windows? that lets you install another windows in windows.
VMOS is the same thing.
Once you have the virtual andorid, you will have another setting, and you can set the IP in the setting on each VMOS Android.

Hey sir i want to know if i exit the paralel space the apps will be still runing or not ? because i need to turn on plane mode to change the ip , and i dont them to be all runing att the same time with the same ip
