I want to clone the core feature of a highly dynamic website - the site isnt small.

Site provides free and paid subscriptions
People use it is tool to generate certain actionable items
Actions are tracked and reported nicely
Integration with many APIs mostly social media
Actionable items created can be widgetized and user is given a code to embed the widget on their pages
Preferred skills:
Very strong PHP codeigniter or similar framework
Good knowledge in RUBY (still debating to go Ruby or PHP)
HTML, CSS, JS ofcourse
Very strong knowledge building and integrating APIs
Superior knowledge in Tracking (pixel, GA..etc)
Anjular js (huge + if MEAN full stack but not required)
Huge plus if you can cut the cost and time by getting good chunk via cloning tools..I know of some deep cloning tools but let me know which approach u wanna go.
Most likely will be on-going job.
