Clone a website?

My current website was created on a high level crm platform that I pay a subscription for.
I’d like to get that site cloned onto a Wordpress platform so that I can order some seo services .

I’m hesitant to order seo on the existing site as I may not continue that subscription forever.

Can this be done on a small budget? Or at all?

Depends on being able easily clone the existing pages and how many there are, the database structure, etc. This is why weebly, etc I have never used and always steered away from. Same with all the front end builders, WP is easy to learn. Too bad it isn't wordpress now, as wp-all-in-one migration plugin works great to move entire large sites (paid version).

No, you have to create it but you can use the same design. but you cant clone it to wordpress

There is an option to clone a HTML website to WordPress website:
https://htmltowordpress.io/
But please note that important functionalities need to be rebuild,
so the best thing you can do is to have a multi purpose theme and customize it
according to your needs.

i know good designer for good deal that is fair that can clone the design without issue and i could help you with getting a developer for the backend to clone the functionality, though you are going to not want to waste any money on cheap stuff or unreliable people

so it depends on the complexity of the CRM youre on. ultimately the answer is always yes.
normally you can use software like httrack or webcopy to clone a site and get .html, .css .js files as the output that will all work fine. then spend a few hours cleaning up all the code that may not need to be there.
but you don't want html website, you want a wp website (theme essentially).
you can do that. you need to learn how to make your own WP theme.
havent tried it personally but i believe there are plugins or wizard that will intake your html template and convert it into WP theme.
find some one who knows about WP theme design and they should be capable of accomplishing it for you
