Clone a website for me incl. redesign, checkout system etc

I am looking for a partner for several projects in regards of webdesign and website creation.

Right now I am interested in a clone of the page buyrealmarketing dot c o m for non englisch speaking market.

- create a similar page
- graphics need to be changed
- include a checkout system optimized for my market
