I am trying to run antivirus offer in propeller ads using some aggressive pre-lander . My landing pages aren't getting approved. Does anyone knows it to bypass by using cloaking technics?

Not sure how using a Cloaker will help to approve your offer on Propeller ads. I suggest contacting their support and they will help you with that.
