cloaking is not the same as redirecting. for cloaking you'll need to buy a script. i think it's even cleaner to get a script for redirecting.
wpcloaker is excellent.
you need a script or platform that is capable of differentiate real users from bots/manual reviewers. it should focus on ip's , geo ip's, referrers, etc.
