hey! so basically, to run tt ads with cloaking, you need a white page that’s related to your niche but fully compliant with the rules, and that’s pretty much it haha. plus the usual stuff like a warmed-up account, proxies, and other consumables.
imo it’s better to do everything on tiktok through a phone. when i was doing it, i had a dedicated phone that was completely isolated and only used with french proxies. worked pretty well for me.
