Sorry to bump your old post, but I want to object to the statement that cloaking is an art form and not a technical thing. At the heart of it, your job is to redirect ad network bots and employees/reviewers away from your real site, based on purely technical parameters. You could argue that the design aspect of your lander is somewhat a function of creativity. Coming up with angles is sometimes pretty artistic process, when you want them to make sense for ad creative, money site and fake site at the same time, but underneath of it is just split testing ads, landers, creatives, headings, offers, etc... again very technical and also has nothing to do with the cloaking capabilities.
When cloaker doesn't work anymore, it just means that the ad network figured out what your real money site is and that you were hiding it from them, because your network filters screwed up - became outdated.

It depends on what you need this disguise for. I personally mask my personal phone number with a https://quackr.io. I do it to bypass various SMS confirmation codes and phone calls. Since I'm in business I'm really annoyed by this spam. Message after message on my phone. This usually happens when I drive my phone when I'm shopping online. I don't have time to buy something and I get a million messages at once. That's why when I buy for my company I specify a fake number. Free program. So far I only use it and mask my personal data.
