If the owner didn’t block all access methods, you can try opening the site through https://search.google.com/test/rich-results — get the page’s source code, save it to a file, and open it.

Sometimes using Google Translate to open the page also works.

Yeah, technically you can check out what a cloaking site shows to Googlebot, but it’s kind of a gray area - and honestly, not the most ethical move. Cloaking basically means showing different stuff to search engines than what real people see, and that’s a big no-no in Google’s book.
