Cloaking VS G Panda !

Hi

I am about to open my website which is my website business (webhosting service even for BH website BTW )

Panda is coming in 2 months in my country

I figured out that cloaking is a great option to rank my website well.

Could you give some advices about it ?

Otherwise, What should I do to rank my website better ?

I purchased my domain 7 months ago and i didn't submit to google yet.

Seems like Gpanda has had some effect on some social pages like squidoo ect.
If you want to host your own site and do your own SEO this is the way to go. If you want to Cloak then you cant go past Fantomas Shadowmaker but it is not a cheap program.

Content is the king, so better to have unique content and do some promotions to get top positions.
