Hello , i am a young boy from Uganda , i have some money to invest from few businesses i managed to do but I need to run tiktok ads because i thought about doing giveaway ads and i need method to run those ads. i have a friend who runs ads on facebook cloaking but tiktok I don't know.

Depends on what you mean by "giveaway"

But to be able to run BH ads on Tiktok you'll need to use cloaking which will require a cloaker.

You'll also obviously need aged accounts and not just one as you'll have to burn a few before finding the right method.

pretty much the same process as on FB.

TikTok cloaking, especially for giveaway ads, is risky and harder than Facebook. TikTok has stricter ad review systems.It bothers me too
 
Focus on building organic engagement first on TikTok before scaling ads it improves approval chances and ad performance.
 
Bro TikTok is way stricter than FB, so if you’re trying giveaways you’ll need a clean setup and solid filtering. I’ve used TrafficShield on my side and it handled TikTok traffic fine, but you still have to warm the account and ease into the campaigns or they’ll shut it down fast.
