It's generally better to keep the landing page consistent with the ad use clean tracking & test different creatives within tiktok's guidelines. Tiktok can be quite strict about cloaking so I'd be careful with it

instead of using conventional ads i would use tiktok automation to grow reach and reach your target audiance through targeted likes follow and story views. if you are publishing sensitive content i would use a mother slave method to secure the original account

Doing that directly from the main account is suicide, mother slave is a must or you'll get IP banned.
TikTok ads are process with TikTok shop manage with running promotion on upload content with link redirect on landing page for sales/leads convert. Redirect of link is possible with using cloaking ads link for expose convert.

Yes of course there are different ways in the you can ask in the forum in cloaking tiktok for your ads not to get suspended or disapprove.
