Tech Support Calls are too scammy for my tastes, but if you want to learn cloaking then buy a cloaker and test.
Hi Mate, Thank you for the advise, I thought he is banned because of any other reason, wasn't aware that this could be scam.
Well, I'm in need of tech support calls and I don't know how to use cloaking hence I was seeking for someone who can provide me calls directly instead of me going into cloaking thing, However if this is the best way to generate calls then could you help me with a cloaker?

A cloaker does not generate shit. Your campaign will generate the leads. If you don't know how to run the campaign then the cloaker is useless.
I think you just want to buy traffic?
Try starting a WTB thread for tech support leads but as I said tech support is scammy as f#ck, so carry out your own due diligence on anybody who responds.

Cloaking will only help you if you've landing page approval issues with the ad network.
Cloaker itself doesn't create anything - only your campaign will bring money to the table.

Often the cloaker which cost a lot really worth it.
There are low cost alternatives available which offer much higher accuracy.
You've to look for them otherwise there are desperate folks who are not even ashamed to bill you thousands of dollars for a cloaker and they attract their clients by thru their branding and forum postings.
