Google told me that my site is running "cloaking" but I tried this on my site and found nothing. I did tests on google webmasters and it's all right. But he still accuse me of that and took my search links. What do I do? Yahoo / Bing did not say any of this and I am appearing in their searches without problems.

Did your site has went for the hack recently? May be someone may injected a malicious code.
If you have your last backup, then re-upload your site on the server and make Google to revisit again.
