Cloaking services for 2015?

Hi, so I've been looking into a reliable cloaking service for FB/Google/Bing ads. I see a lot of people recommended Blackjack and Fraudbuster, I've contacted both of them and they haven't responded for a few days already. Can someone confirm whether they're still in service or not?

Otherwise, is there any other similar services out there that are reliable?

I have been using http://datarise.org from quite a long time for FB/Bing and popunders/popup.

Blackjack, NoIP, wpcloaker all have responsive support lines usually. I am of course biased about wpcloaker but the others are very responsive. I've heard good things about fraudbuster as well...

Support is the main thing. Cloaking is always risky and there will be times when the risk isn't managed 100% -- cloaking isn't perfect -- and you'll need the service to detect new fingerprints, etc. Working with them is the easiest way.
 
Which one would you prefer... datarise, fraudbuster or blackjack?
 
I am curious too, have you heard back from fraudbuster or blackjack?

I started to use BlackJack services for the last month and till now I am not having any issue regarding. I always got an awesome response from support. I have experienced the services of BlackJack, therefore I will recommend this to use.
