Can't say I ever heard of them. It looks like a crumby script judging that they also are running adsense on their sales page site. I would suggest you not buy this at $99.
I will be uploading a cloaking script for FREE pretty soon. It won't blow the doors off Search Engine Cloaker but it should give people an idea of what cloaking is and maybe experiment a little!

First time I've seen that site. Looks like they sell a heck of a lot of scripts so I would stay away also as their customer service is probably very crappy.
