Cloaking - Safe site

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone can help on this matter.

Should the safe site have content on the website or should i just have a domain different from my money page that i upload what the cloaker asks me to?

It depends on your traffic source and your vertical. If you are running on a traffic source that allows advertorials and the offers you are running, then you can just create a safe landing page that you will show reviewers while your real visitors hit your aggressive page. If you are cloaking a network that does NOT allow advertorials or the offers your promoting, then you will have to cloak with either a fake content site or by sending them to amazon or something if they allow product sales (example: fb).
