If it's a popular domain like wordpress.com they'll just penalize the subdomain. If smaller then they'll ban the whole thing.

If they penalized subdomain, how do you know they didn't penalized Main domain as well?

Shared hosting would be ok if you have a lot of domains on the same IP. If you have your own server/VPS, then it would likely be flagged up (especially if one account is already suspended).
Cloudfare works well as it can mask your hosting IP, although I've read that Google is somehow able to know the hosting IP behind Cloudfare.

Check the main domain same way you would any other domain. Archive.org, webmaster tools and so on.

Ok, what is the fast, cheap and safe way, especially for AdNetwork acc # ? to get one shared hosting and use it for cloak purposes. Even more cheaper I can use each domain for WP subdomains? Is that the best option only? Or some more?

What do you mean by saying "same way"? And how do those Archive.org and webmaster tools can help in here? I really have no clue, please explain

Just access archive.org and paste the domain name into their search. Have a look at the website's previous history.
If you see a bunch of spam for the main domain, then forget it, all subdomains are likely penalized as well.

That's funny, I used to use archive.org to download the First addition books not be -cause some of them cost on eBay above $500(as usually), but because 2nd; 3rd addition has replaced real info with obvious bullshit (with so called editors) ...and never got clue about ..website previous history.. yeah, has find over there a lot, like about the Apple inc with Steve Job's penalized case of his child support in passed, his low case, but didn't know about website's previous history, will try

Help me to understand please, Can I use tracker if I’m going to hide landing page for safe with cloaker? In other word would it be possible to hide landing page while tracking conversions? Can it be works with Taboola? If I add pixel to my landing page, can I track my campaigns while cloak them? And what mechanical of the tracker function would be? Do I have to first cloak url and than submit "safe page" url to Taboola and SAME? url to tracker? Or tracker must have my REAL url? What url should I submit to the tracker? Where to put tokens on Money or Safe page? Thx

Your own custom domain will definitely get under radar (and eventually banned) when using its subdomains for cloaking purposes.
Popular domains where users can host their own sites will not get banned of course (but the subdomain you used would), meaning you could easily just open a new subdomain under that popular domain and start anew.
