cloaking is to bounce all the bots from your sales/ money page .
that simple .
there are thousand of afflictes and socail websites not just the ones you mention.
you never use cloak with adsence there no point .
you can not use a cloak with adwords no sence as adwords is specefic paid traffic sent to a page ...
you can use cloaking with adult websites your just redirecting bots from the traffic source
facebook the same your cloaking to stop facebook bots from finding your money page as you need the traffic sorce link to not get ban from facebook.
no website likes anybody piggy backing there traffic that why cloaks are used .
you can use landing pages as a cheap cloaking method .
bots only follow the first pointed website on there website , if it a landing page with a link for traffic to continue to your money page bots can not use the link so they stop there.
if someone from the website manually go to the landing page, then finds your link is a afflicate offer , there ban your link from there website, but it very rare that happends.
a cloak works the same as a landing page but the cloak will have it own database of bot ip addresss and redirect them bots ...

Basically to promote anything which is prohibited on adword or for using aggressive landing pages which generally result in high conversion rate.

Does Facebook not allows to promote money page? Or you mean to hide/relocate (violated by their policy) content like adult, etc?
- What you mean "Specific paid traffic"? And why?
- Is there any OTHER reason beside of moderation? Can it's help to reduce cost on ppc somehow?

to everyone what i understand about adwords .
you get keyword you no you need to advertise and traffic is sent to the website setup in your campain.
aparently you do need a landing page or cloak then traffic to website.
i dont use adwords this way but possable.
i use diffrent specefic keywords to match tos with adwords

Facebook does not allow cloaking.
With cloaking, you're essentially running a campaign that would otherwise be rejected.

However, the main reason for cloaking is the ability to run a campaign that is against the advertising network's ToS.
The PPC cost depends on the keywords you're bidding on, so it's usually irrelevant to cloaking. However, I guess that running cloaked campaigns means you're more likely to be using keywords that other people aren't using.

Yes you can use something like JVAdShare .com to promote your products from affiliate sites like jvzoo or clickbank onto facebook and make money without having to build huge squeeze pages where the buy button is burried 1000 words deep or 2 clicks deep which all help to reduce sales

Why would you hide your money site from Facebook if you have ran an ads campaign and you paid Facebook to SHOW your ad, your website?

The main reason why people cloak on adwords and facebook is because theyre running campaigns against fb and gd TOS. Stuff like affiliate marketing for skin care, nutra products. Crypto ads, cannabis. Etc
