Almost all cloakers comes with WP plugins , you need to purchase subscription of cloaker . Download the plugin and install over your wp-admin dashboard.
 
Good cloakers come with a WP plugin. If yours didn't, then ask for a PHP client lib. You should be able to get it into wordpress easily as long as it's PHP.
 
Depends on your market first. If it's not too strict, you probably don't need cloaking because recently FB is scanning a lot of irregularities, can do content and run message campaigns and direct link messaging to customers.

yeah, any cloaker should work with wordpress as the plugins make it possible
