Cloaking necessary for videos?

I have a whitelisted text on my website.

Now I have a video on the website, which is surely blacklisted and not allowed.

Google will probably decline the ad after seeing this, right?

Can I just switch out the video, or the youtube video URL, instead of cloaking the whole website?

So we build the ad with a white listed video, then when the ad is running we change the video. We do not change the text.

Will this work?

Nop, they will ban you.
You must use a cloaker.

So you advise just getting a cloaker, get safe pages and cloak the whole website without changing anything?

Is this for sure? Even if we have the video build in our website, not via youtube? So we only change the video file on our website. What happens if we change the file, google will notice this and check manually?

You can make a script to write the video url, add it as video source. Cloak that script and select who to show the video to.
