Hello guys, I am an affiliate. I want to promote an offer in which the affiliation rules do not allow brandbidding on google. Can i do this without the advertiser discovering my affiliate link and canceling my affiliation?

That's basically how cloaker works.

Yeah that's the purpose of ad cloaking. Cloakers get a safe page and a offer page, some folks see the former others the latter.
