What is the best programe/technique to use when cloaking a link for a clickbank product which also hides the hoplink on the address bar.

Thanks for any guidence - I'm new to all of this !!!

Ninja Cloaker has worked great for me
I know there was another one out there but i forgot the name
 
For a simple cloak you can use countless free tools, they all work the same using iframes and similar. I myself made a cloaker which is also a landing page cloner/builder. While a normal cloaker uses iframes and creates an "empty" site containing only a redirect, i wrote this which actually creates a real site "on-the-fly". This is important for SOME uses, especially PPC/Adwords if you want a good quality score (since its a real site).

But for other uses (eg. just encoding/hiding your link) a simple cloaker should be enough.
 
true, and this also works. But he still sooner or later needs to refer to the original payment page, eg. clickbank.
 
CCount is the only one you need,it also counts clicks ;)
Easy to set up and free.

I jsut cloak it with simple php script
 
there are many option but still clickbank and new adword accts dont work ..
