If you're using wordpress, there are a lot of plugins to help you out such as Thirsty Affiliate.
Otherwise, you can use link shorterner such as bitly etc.
If you're using custom PHP or JS and know basic programming, there are great tutorials on Stackoverflow, just do a simple google search to find the best answers for you.

If it's a WordPress site, you can use Pretty Links plugin. The pro version has a lot of customizations. I think you can get it from Downloads section here.

Cloaking an internal link is same process as an external one. Because the triggers are still external.

Never heard of it. You should probably download the code and take a look at what it actually does before installing.
