That really depends of your skills and ad account you are going to use. Just cloaking is not enough to run ads safely, lots of other factors.

Bro for replicas you’ll need clean filtering and a steady flow, I’ve used TrafficShield on my side and it handled IG/FB checks pretty well once the accounts were warmed properly.

Start with some throw-away experiments in your own server. Cloak basic traffic to a local testing server and develop from there to get a general feel for how it's done. Then when you progress onto real applications, you'll need a professional cloaker.

Replica stuff is risky, FB and IG flag it fast. I was new to cloaking too and tried TrustCloaker, it made things easier to manage. Took a bit of time to understand the setup, but after that ads were more stable. Still need to be careful with creatives and spending slow.

Always assume you'll get banned eventually. Accounts are expendables, so have a steady supply of them and don't expect to run all your ads from a single account for years.
