Cloaking in WordPress

Hey guys. I am looking for some help regarding cloaking in WordPress. I have set up a network of websites that work by scraping and spinning cotnent and these sites started getting decent traffic. Now is the time to monetize them by cloaking the pages. I would like search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, yandex to see the content that is already published but I want human visitors to get redirected to a different page (CPA offer or my website). Does anyone has any experience on how I can accomplish this? Ideally I am looking to do in on server side using custom code, however, I wouldn't mind if this was done using a third party tool or a plugin.
