Cloaking : how to block google AMP test to show code source ?

Hello,

I cloaked some part of my website and I don't want my competitors to see what the real content is.

I blocked google cache but I don't know how I can block the google amp test :
https://search.google.com/test/amp

Because if you put my website into the Google AMP test, you can see the all source code and thus see what content is displaying my website for google.

I tried to add the following header :
Header set X-Frame-Options: "sameorigin"

But it does not work. Any idea how I can achieve this ?

Nobody have ever achieve that ??
